La Prova Pinot Grigio 2017
Another tasty exploration of texture and style from Scott Wines in the Adelaide Hills. Hand-picked, chilled then whole-bunch pressed, the free-run juice is then left to ferment with the addition of some lees on the back end to add savoury character. In all this is a vibrant, racy and bright Grigio with aromas of Nashi pears and green apples. Great intensity and liveliness with a refreshingly crisp finish.
Well-crafted and approachable - sure to please a crowd
