Temple Okinawa Sour

Thankfully a recently updated recipe hasn't soured the refreshing drinkability of this Brunswick brew. In fact we're loving the refreshing lift and big lime citrus notes that make this an even more perfect summertime thirst quencher.  We'll certainly be enjoying some ourselves over the coming months!

About the Beer:

Temple Brewing's Okinawa Sour is a beer that is brewed by souring the wort with Lactobacillus before adding brewers yeast. The souring process gives tropical fruit and citrus flavours reminiscent of the Shikuwasa fruit that is grown locally in Okinawa. It’s a clean, fresh and zesty beer with flavours of citrus rind and a grippy fruit tartness.
